Consuming an entire tub of Jack3d together with a full can of Monster White is almost certainly fatal. Jack3d contains DMAA, a powerful stimulant that has been banned by the FDA and is illegal in many countries. DMAA alone has caused cardiac arrests and sudden death even at normal doses. For example, a healthy 30-year-old woman died during the London Marathon after taking just one scoop of Jack3d with water. Another 22-year-old man suffered a heart attack after only three weeks of using the product.
