- بله بله🙂‍↔️ یک پیمانه آرد(پیمانه‌ی من ۲۵۰ گرمی بود) کمتر از نصف پیمانه پودرکاکائو پودر قهوه خیلی کم درحد دو الی سه تا قاشق چایی خوری(زیاد بریزی تلخ میشه از اونور باید شکرش و زیاد کنی) تخم مرغ دوتا شیر یه پیمانه روغن نصف پیمانه بکینگ پودر دوقاشق چایی خوری شکر یه پیمانه نمک اندازه نوک قاشق چای خوری وانیل عشقی( خودم هرچقد بخوام میریزم، خیلی چشمی میریزم ولی تو رسپی دقیقش یه قاشق چایی خوریه) دستور پخت: تخم مرغ و شکر و وانیل و درحدی‌که رنگ کرمی بشه و یکم کش بیاد با دور متوسط همزن بزن شیر و روغن بعدش بریز توش آرد و پودرکاکائو و قهوه و بکینگ پودر و نمک و قاطی هم کن، دوبار الکش کن، تو دو مرحله بریز توی مواد تخم مرغ و اینا نکته: حتما آرد و اینا باید الک بشه وگرنه گوله گوله میشه، زیاد آرد و اینارو با مواد تخم مرغی هم نزنین چون پفش میخوابه، من سر این کیکه این اشتباه و کردم یکم پف وسطش خوابید، اگر ارد و پودرکاکائو و تخم مرغ ایناتون داخل یخچاله یه نیم ساعت قبل از درست کردن بذارینش بیرون تا به دمای محیط برسه
