🔹والَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَى
🔸 آن خدايى كه (هر چيز را) قدر و اندازه اى داد و (به راه كمالش) هدايت نمود
🔸And Who makes (things) according to aámeasure, then guides (them to their goal)
