✳️People addressed Amir al-Muminin Ali: “Dear sir, every warrior and general has at least one perfect horse but your mount is not fast or strong yet you are the general of the troops!”
🔸Amir al-Muminin Ali ibn abi Talib responded: “I do not flee from the attacking enemy and I do not attack the fleeing enemy. This ordinary horse is enough for me.” [1]
